Mane Event is a women-owned business specializing in equestrian accessories and apparel. All items are created in small batches or made-to-order. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Orders
• All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer.
• Custom pins require a minimum order of 25 sets.
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or altered after 24 hours.

3. Custom Orders
• Custom pins are made specifically for each client and are final sale.
• Mockups are provided before production. We will revise until approved.
• Production begins only after final approval and payment are received.
• Estimated turnaround time is 5-6 weeks but may vary depending on volume.

4. Shipping & Delivery
• We currently ship within the U.S. and select international locations.
• Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
• Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Mane Event is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.

5. Returns & Exchanges
• We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom orders, sale items, or promotional items.

6. Wholesale
• Wholesale pricing is available to approved retailers only.
• Wholesale orders are final sale and non-refundable once shipped.
